In the event of identical bids, the earliest will take precedence. ‘Buy’ bids are not accepted. The limit you leave should be the amount to which you would bid if you were to attend the Sale. Each bidding slip should contain bids for one sale only.
Buyers are reminded that a buyer’s premium of 15 percent on the hammer price plus G.S.T. on the premium shall be paid to Dunbar Sloane Ltd, all up 17.25%.
Successful Bidders will be notified at which time arrangements may be made for payments, collection and despatch.
