This type of valuation typically reflects replacement value in a ‘retail’ environment. This can be done on site, through photographs supplied or if you bring the items to us. The fee is dependent on the time involved and any travel costs. All insurance valuations are in writing.
Estate Division/Probate
This is typically a written valuation based on market values. This can be completed on site or through photographs supplied. The fee is dependent on the time involved and any travel costs.
Matrimonial
This can be completed on site or through photographs supplied. The fee is dependent on the time involved and any travel costs. It is a requirement that the person initiating the valuation is responsible for the whole fee. Payment is usually required in advance for this type of valuation.
